How is the price calculated?
€29.00 base fee per month. Each lesson actually delivered costs €0.19 per pupil attending; from the 8th pupil, the fixed rate is €1.50 per lesson.
The calculator estimates costs using your average figures. Monthly billing uses actual attendance for each individual lesson; cancelled lessons cost nothing.

How does the satisfaction guarantee work?
You can test YasaEdu for 30 days: if you cancel during that time, you pay nothing. If you keep using YasaEdu, usage is charged from day one (base fee and lessons delivered).
Do I need e-invoicing?
An e-invoice can also be read by a computer. It is becoming more important for business-to-business invoicing. YasaEdu creates it automatically, with no extra steps for you.
We use Excel or other software. How do we transfer our data?
We help you with that. Send us your lists or an export and we transfer pupils, teachers and contracts. We discuss the exact process in the demo.
What happens when a pupil cancels or is absent?
Record who was absent and why. You decide for each pupil whether the lesson is still billed. Administration reviews cancellations before billing.
How much does YasaEdu cost?
The base fee is €29.00 per month. Each lesson actually delivered costs €0.19 per pupil attending, capped at €1.50 per lesson. The calculator provides a monthly estimate; cancelled lessons cost nothing.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany. Each school has its own separate area. The data processing agreement (AVV) is available immediately.
